Lagoon

Friday we had free tickets to Lagoon, thanks to Shay's work. The weather couldn't have been better and so it was tons of fun. This was Sophie's first experience on the rides and she was all grins. Zach and I went on more of the moderate rides for a little bit, while Shay supervised Steel and Sophie. I am looking forward to when we can go on the larger faster rides but I love to see the excitement in my kiddos.

Nature

Last Sunday we decided to take the kids on a walk to see the river, it had over flowed and Buffalo. It has been neat to be surrounded by more wildlife than were we were before although I did get up close to some Coyotes once in AZ but that is another story.  These animals here are at least behind a fence so it is just neat to go and say hi.

Steel finally deciding to dance anyway even though he was disappointed that his princess wouldn't dance with him, it helped that Mom later became his princess.

Tonight before Bed Sophie decided to get in her princess costume, Steel quickly decided that he wanted to dance with her and ran up stairs only to come back down dressed like he is, in his sport coat and he wanted gloves too, unfortunately Sophie was being moody and refused to dance with Steel especially when Zachary stole the show and changed into his church clothes, the older men always win, bummer for Steel but they all looked so cute I couldn't resist posting it.

Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day weekend we went to Idaho to see Shay's family. We had a great time, the weather was not perfect but tons better than where we live and the kids had a great time playing with all their cousins and us adults had fun visiting.

Both boys loved riding the horse, especially Zach he kept saying he wants to be a cowboy when he grows up, it was a fun trip and a nice change to our normal life.
