Last weekend we broke our annual tradition of heading to Idaho for the 4th and instead suggested everyone come to our house. We had heard that fireworks are amazing were we are and that people don't leave on the 4th they come here. And now we all now why I have never seen anything like it. People here defiantly know how to do fireworks. The town display was amazing but it was all the side shows each night, Friday, Saturday and the biggest Sunday that was just amazing. Every direction we turned you could see large fireworks shooting off into the sky. Each place I have ever lived has something unique and special about it and I think this might be there's, the 4th of July festival. It was especially fun having all of Shay's family with us, we felt bad that we did not have room for them all but I think they were happy to stay at a hotel with a pool. We enjoyed having the few that did stay at our house though. All in all it was a fantastic weekend and I'm so glad Shay's family decided to visit with us and make it all the more memorable.
